You can do so, of course. But we highly recommend making a booking in advance, as there is no guarantee that the room and time you need will be available.

I am under 18. Can I play?

Sure thing, you can. Unless you are under 18, then you must be accompanied by an adult.

Question 3

What if I want to use my phone's backlight or take a picture?

How good is this question! Before each game, the game master gives an introductory briefing. If you need a light to get through the game - we will give you a flashlight, otherwise - that is the game's intention. Please do not use your phone when playing.
We have surveillance cameras installed in all of our rooms for security reasons. In case we notice a violation of this rule, the game will be stopped, and you will be asked to leave. Without any refund.

Question 4

I booked the game but won't be able to make it. What should I do?

It's OK, life happens. Please inform us about it 3 working days in advance of your booking date.

Question 5

I have health problems, am I allowed to play?

Accepted Answer

It's very individual, some health conditions can pose a serious safety risk. If you have a pacemaker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are pregnant or have physical disabilities that make it difficult to stand, crawl or climb, sadly we will have to ask you not to participate. Please remember that our staff reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.

What if I get really scared or want to leave in an emergency?

The entrance door also serves as an emergency exit. You can stop the game at any time. Our operators will be happy to help you.

How many people can play?

The rooms are designed to be played with larger group sizes. We recommend a group of 2-6 for ideal play.

What to wear for the escape room?

Accepted Answer

All you can wear is whatever you want! Even a prom suit. The main thing is to make sure your clothes don't restrict your movement and are comfortable.
